And it all starts by making yourself do what you don't feel like doing, so you can become who you want to be. How to turn a small change into a BIG habit one step at a time:

  1. Make it Manageable - I can and I will do this every day, every day may seem big to you, so you say, I can do this once a week, that's 52 times a year. Small habits are like compound interest, it will grow!

  2. Make it Visable! Change what you see every day. Leave yourself a note, leave your book on your bed stand. Mark it on your mirror.

  3. Make it Happen - Because it's a choice it's up to you. Choose how your going to remind yourself to become a better version of you.
