Our schools teach us what to think instead of HOW TO THINK! Thinking produces Action, Action produces Results. To empower someone as a leader is to help them find the answers on their own. What are your goals? What are your goals? What are your team's goals? Every choice you make brings you closer or takes you further away from your goals. We always say, "If it doesn't help us WIN, we're not doing it." People want to be led not managed. People want to WIN not tie. People want to be taught how to win, shown how to win, and held accountable to the win. Teach them what it takes to win, how to win and hold them accountable and let them go get it. Think about it!
