What do you project when you walk into a room? Are you aware of what you're projecting? Are you bringing baggage or joy? Are you bringing hope or hurt? Are you bringing a voice of reason or reaction? Who do you want to be when you show up?

Not everyone that enters the room commands respect. The leader will earn respect by not only who they are, but also by how they are. Who are you, how are you when are you? Are you authentic? Are you always trying to sell something or share something? Are you adding authentic unselfish value or do you have an agenda? Bring your best and let your best do the rest.
