Your PROCESS is the routine that you live in, it's your "DAILY DOING". It's the HABITS that you have created for yourself. Most of the time you don't even know, you just do it that way, because you've always done it that way, and it's comfortable for you. BUT, if you want to change your results, you MUST first change your HABITS, which is part of your PROCESS. Someone asked Steve Jobs how long should I practice before my presentation?
HIs answer, "20 for 20, If it's a 20 minute presentation, I practice it 20 times." When you practice you really see yourself in that situation and you process the moment before the actual moment. It allows you to become who you want to be in that moment.
Because you know if you do the same thing you'll get the same results. Some say that's a good thing, only if you're WINNING tho! The problem with this is that we only WIN for so long, and if we don't ever tweak the process then we won't always get the WIN, The one's that are constantly evaluating (AAR-After Action Report) have a better chance at consistently winning. You are your HABITS!
