Process is the routine that you live in, if you want to change your results, you must first change your process. When you do the same thing you get the same results. I didn't make that up, and I know you've heard it before, but what's true is TRUE, and this is TRUE! Your not in the business of making your people more busy, you're in the process of making your people more effective, There's a HUGE DIFFERENCE! When you focus on the process you don't focus on the pressure. Pressure can take away your ability to be as effective as possible. You will get the outcome you want when you get your process defined and refine it consistently.
That's what GREAT leaders do, they make play makers! Great leaders focus on the process and the results are the byproduct of an EFFECTIVE PROCESS. If your results aren't what you want or expect them to be then you need to check your process.
