Your personality creates your reality. You are the example. As the leader you are the one that everyone looks to, you are the example. If you don't like that then you can't sit in the "Big Chair". I often write about coaches because they are the leaders that we most often see on TV. You can turn on the TV on almost any day and see a coach/leader. Maybe the way you lead isn't splashed across the TV or all over the internet every day, but your team sees how you lead every day. Would you lead differently if you were on TV every time you competed? Would you lead differently if you had to defend every decision that you make? Would you lead differently if your results were scrutinized on a national market? What would your personality be? Would it change? That's REALITY! Who are you all the time? You are the example and they know it.
Who you are and how you are consistently is what your people see. Winning is an inside job!
