NOISY OR NOT

You decide how NOISY you want it to get. You decide how long you want it to be or stay noisy. Have you ever thought that you create the noise, or let it happen? When I was coaching in the NFL I would travel from school to school working guys out for the draft and as I was sitting in Ohio States staff room with Coach Tressel I looked above his head and saw a HUGE sign that said, "What you see on tape is what you're coaching." Coach Holtz would say it this way, "You are either coaching it or allowing it to happen." Which one are you doing? Are you letting it happen? Are you going to let it get so NOISY that you can't even hear yourself think? Or are you going to do whatever it takes to WIN? You've got to IGNORE THE NOISE and lead, because your either coaching it or allowing it to happen!
